Zeus T-Man

one of the worst apps ever. had to change from an inconvenient app to this. this app makes it impossible to use the build in memory function of your glucose meter, it only takes a live reading. I wish these medical IT clowns would enable memory syncing like their older app. until then I guess they only get a reading maybe once a month, while I test every morning.

The iHealth app worked with all the devices they had me buy. This app works with NONE of them. What in the world is going on. I have a BP Cuff that they recommended but it isn't even a choice on this app. The digital scale isn't listed, the activity monitor (watch) isn't listed, the Pulse Oximeter isn't listed, so on and so forth. What a joke they played on everyone by changing from the IHealth app that worked to this wonderful dud. Why can't you stick to what you had us buy and what worked well

Blood pressure equipment and the app were working fine for the past 7-8 months, then they did an update on the app, and now the app no longer pairs with my cellphone, it keep telling me no internet service. And I do subscribe to internet service and has very strong connection service. Its been a month now and support tech still haven't been able to get it to pair.

App design performs horribly. The on boarding process needed during the first login keeps reappearing at random start up times after the readings for blood pressure and blood glucose have been done. There's no logout control and support staff instructs that after readings are taken the app should be shutdown by deleting it from the running app list and not by backing out one screen at a time. Developers need to separate the 1 time on boarding process from the login process & use a logout.

the app will only open periodically and states there is no internet connection while every other app will function just fine, and my internet connection is strong. This app is a downgrade from the app previously used by my medical facility as far as functionality goes. very frustrating!!

While I appreciate this app and the benefits of keeping track of my blood pressure, I wish the notifications worked on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phones. Please fix it so that it works on ANDROIDS as well as iphones.

Graphing fixed - thanks. Needs to have average reading for a requested time-frame. You need to add synching for when phone is offline. AI meal log is phenomenal. Improve by giving stats per meal not just daily sum, big help for sliding scale insulin dose. Would love to be able to save commonly repeated meals.

The log in process is tedious and will not save information. Have to log in almost daily with pages and pages to scroll through each time.

Its horrible It make you co nect to your doctor for each use. It makes you pair your devices for each use. It never saves anything. i dont want to continue using it.

Second page where it said allow Bluetooth to connect. It wouldn't scroll up to the allow button. Had technical support working with me. Waiting for them to fix the problem. Con't to wait to here from them 12 hours now. Unable to use it yet. They removed my ihealth icon. Said they would call me back in 10 minutes. No call back.

Could not log on several times. Rec'd error msg to clear cache and sign back in. That did not work. Deleting app and then re installing. I don't have time to play games with this app. Error msg said app has a "bug". I can't restart my phone and miss a call back from SSA is received. Meanwhile I'm fasting & HANGRY and can't eat until this app starts working again

The app was working fine. Now, all I get is the message "Message type not found" on all the buttons of the app. The app will not work properly and is a pain now. I've reinstalled, cleared data and cache, nothing works to fix this app.
